Standard Shipping:
When you place an order with Seaweed Designs, Inc., standard shipping charges for delivery within the Continental United States will be added to your order. We will send an email to acknowledge receipt of your order within 48 hours and estimate shipping date based on the availability of your items.

Our Oversized Items:
Large, bulky items which require special packaging such as tables and large mirrors can only be shipped via Standard Ground.

Custom Orders:
Custom order items may require production time in addition to shipping time. You will receive an estimate of both time and cost upon ordering. Custom orders may not be returned unless defective or damaged during shipment.

Receiving your Shipment:
Seaweed Designs takes great care in packaging our items. Although these items are packaged properly, in some instances transit-related damage may occur. Please inspect your order carefully when it arrives. Should you find that your merchandise is damaged, you may choose to refuse the delivery. Please report any damage to the driver and to Seaweed Designs at the time of delivery.

Satisfaction & Returns:
Seaweed Designs, Inc. strives to guarantee your 100% satisfaction with all of our products. We want you to be satisfied with the value and quality of your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied please contact us.

Returns must be pre-authorized by calling within seven (7) days of delivery. After you have received a return authorization, the merchandise must be returned within ten (10) business days from date of authorization.

Items must be unused and in original packaging to be considered for refund less restocking fee. Original shipping charges are not subject to refund.

Restocking and Reprocessing Fee for Returns:
Returned items are subject to a 15% restocking and reprocessing fee. Return freight and insurance is the buyer's responsibility.

Refusal of Delivery:
If you refuse delivery of the item when it reaches your home or place of business, you will be charged for all shipping costs, including the cost to return the item to Seaweed Designs, Inc. plus 15% restocking and reprocessing fee.
